We do two things. We set up your AI tools to work with the systems your team uses every day. And we build the custom internal tools and portals for work that doesn’t fit any off-the-shelf software.
Get AI working
Your AI doesn’t know your business by default. So your team pastes context into chats, switches tabs, and explains the same thing back and forth every time. We set up the AI tools you already use (Claude, Codex, etc.) to work with the systems your team works in every day, so questions get answered from your real data with way fewer clicks.
Build what’s missing
Some of your team’s work doesn’t fit any off-the-shelf tool. So you patch it together with spreadsheets and side databases. We build the custom piece for that: a portal that looks the way you want, a dashboard pulling from five places, a project tracker built around how your team works. All the data for the work your team does fifty or a hundred times a day sits in one place. They can move 10x faster on it.
