n8n consulting

Strategic automation, the signal between your tools.

Automation isn’t strategy. We tell you what to automate, what not to automate, and build the workflows on n8n. Code you own. No platform lock-in.

The problem

Automation graveyards. Speeding up the wrong work.

Most teams that hire an automation consultant end up with forty workflows nobody owns and a Zapier bill that’s still going up. Speed without strategy makes the underlying mess worse, not better.

We start with what NOT to automate. Then we build the rest on n8n, in code you own.

Where we start

The most useful question is which work to leave alone.

Three categories of work we surface in the first conversation, before any building starts. If your project is one of these, we’ll say so.

01

Work that’s rare.

Takes ten minutes once a quarter. The cost of building and maintaining the automation is higher than the work itself. Leave it manual.

02

Work that needs judgment.

A decision a person should make, not a rule. Speeding up a bad decision is worse than slowing down a good one. Don’t automate it.

03

Work that masks structure.

A broken handoff, an undefined process, a tool that doesn’t fit. Automating around it makes it harder to fix later. Surface it instead.

What we build

Three things we ship, on n8n.

Workflows and scheduled runs.

Triggered workflows that move information between systems without humans in the loop. Daily, weekly, and event-based runs for reports, reconciliations, and data hygiene.

API integrations and custom nodes.

The n8n marketplace covers the common SaaS. For the tools it doesn’t, we build custom connectors. Your stack stays connected even when it’s not standard.

AI inside the workflows.

LLM calls inside n8n for classification, summarization, extraction, drafted comms. MCP servers that let your AI assistants act on your operational systems. AI where it earns its keep, not where it adds latency for show.

How it runs

Three hosting options.

Self-host on your infra.

Your servers, your control. Best for teams with infrastructure already in place.

Self-host on ours.

We run it for you on infrastructure you can move off of. The middle path.

n8n Cloud.

Fastest to start. Managed by n8n. Easy to migrate off later.

Proof

Workflows we’ve shipped.

A sample of what shipped recently. Each one started from a question about what was costing the team the most hours per week.

Common questions

About working with us on n8n.

No. We use n8n because it gives you self-hosting, code-level control, and a workflow model your team can actually read. If you have a strong reason for a different tool, we’ll tell you whether the work is worth doing in your tool, or whether the tool itself is the problem.

Workflows live in version control with documentation written along the way. A future hire who knows JavaScript can pick them up. If you’d rather we keep maintaining them, we offer a small ongoing retainer. Either path works; the workflows aren’t locked to us.

One workflow that’s costing the team the most hours per week. We ship that, prove the pattern, then expand. Most first builds land in 2–6 weeks and $5K–$15K, scoped after a discovery call.

In almost all cases yes. n8n has connectors for the common SaaS (HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, Google Workspace, hundreds more). For the gaps, we build custom nodes against the tool’s API. Your stack stays connected, even when it’s niche.

Or, the bigger picture

If automation is one piece of a bigger consolidation.

Some teams need n8n on its own. Others want to consolidate the whole stack into one system that holds the data, runs the workflows, and gives the team interfaces designed around their work. We build that too.
